All commissions are hand-painted using high quality watercolors with the purest pigments and sealed to ensure quality and permanence.

You will receive one round of proofs (a digital outline/sketch) to approve prior to the painting the final product. Turnaround for orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

The best photos are the ones that has the house/landscape in the closest view and angle to what you would like the painting to be. For homes - the most common photos are those that are framed head on. You can definitely send multiple photos and select/highlight what details you’d like from each.

Will you need additional 8x10 prints or stationary cards made?

Many times for something special like a childhood home or meaningful place clients request extras for family members. Or if you just moved into a new home, you may want to send out new we just moved cards. We can scan and reprint a high-quality print with archival ink and on ultra premium textured paper that looks and feels almost like the original. If you are interested, we'll follow up with more details.
